This body wrap course will cover the history of the treatment and the different types of body wrap used as well as an introduction to all of the products used. This course is perfect for both beginner and advanced beauty therapists. This Day Spa Therapy is relaxing, revitalizing, and detoxifying. We teach you to perform Full Body Exfoliation followed by different kinds of body Wrap Treatments with hot and cold mitts.
90% of the course is practical classes because only through practice do you acquire skills.
It is suitable for those wishing to expand their knowledge, further their skills, and provide a wider range of services.
This course, like all our courses, is nonbrand-specific. This means that once qualified, you can use any wraps you like on your clients.
Wraps are spa treatments designed to slim and tone the body, hydrate or firm the skin, or relax and soothe the muscles. Body wrap treatments come in varied and exciting packages, with one common factor: mummification. Body wraps are great for transporting excess water from the fatty tissues, where it is then eliminated by the body’s system. Some wraps are also thought to relieve tired or heavy legs and aching joints, ease inflammation, and help to flush out toxins through sweating. While it may not provide an instant weight-loss fix, the feel-good factor of a body wrap might help you jumpstart a diet or exercise regime.
Course content
Full practical demonstration and guidance throughout the day that will involve a discussion about the different types of body wrap and an analysis of their pros and cons, the full application, removal, and how to measure up clients before and after treatments.

Continuous formative assessments will take place during your training day, and you will be expected to answer verbal questions and perform a body wrap with minimal direction from your tutor over one day.
Course Manuals
All course manuals are included in the price of the course - you will get a bound hard copy course manual given to you on the day of your training.
This one-day course diploma allows you to offer Body Wrap to your clients at your work as an employee at a spa, parlour, or self-employed therapist. You can combine and offer a package treatment body wrap with Swedish massage, relaxing head massage or facial massage.
We offer small classes of just 4 - 8 students, making sure that you get individual attention and high-quality training from a very experienced tutor.
